This ground level addition comprised M/bedroom, WIR and Ensuite. From the photo you can see that we incorporated a bay window to the M/bed extension for 2 reasons. The home has been extended to the rear, providing a rumpus room with decking and pergola. The upstairs addition incorporates a master bedroom and deluxe ensuite. The upstairs addition is finished externally by using "Harditex" base sheeting rendered and painted to match the ground floor. The home has been transformed from a standard government home. The extensions and renovations incorporate both family and living rooms, we well as a new entry. The extension and renovation provides an informal family room, bathroom renovation and decking. The family room is built with a pine raked ceiling and double glazed windows throughout making this room a beautiful sun-trap.
