Wanniassa

The owner required a large bedroom for her daughter, with enough room left for her to practice her dancing. A small bedroom on the ground floor is used for the staircase.
The remaining area downstairs is used as a study area. The original house is split level, so we decided to add a split level to the 1st floor area as well.
This concept worked well and also added some external interest to the elevations.
